Aggressive Traffic Ticket Lawyers Serving the Entire State of Florida

By choosing The Law Place you are ensuring your case will be treated with the utmost care. Your case will be given the attention that it deserves in order to arrive at the best possible result. The Law Place was initially formed in 2004 to represent motorists in traffic related issues. Over the years, the attorneys in the firm have been featured in AOL and CNN.COM aside from acting as a consult on Fox, ABC and other local television stations. One of the founding partners, David Haenel, currently serves on the Florida Bar Traffic Court Rule Committee. That committee was established to deal with traffic court issues, including modifying and addition of new traffic court rules. In December 2010, Mr. Haenel and Mr. Finebloom were asked to speak at the new Judge symposium in Pinellas County Florida. David and Darren each presented material to the new Judges(and some old ones) on the top 10 issues that defense lawyers had with the bench.

Darren Finebloom is rated an AV on Martindale Hubbell the attorney rating service. The lawyers in our office are serious about their qualifications and continuing legal education. Every lawyer in the office, and those that we deal with, are the top in the trade. We are constantly finding ways to win speeding ticket cases and achieve the best possible result for our clients. In addition, our office believes that transparency is extremely important. We have a link to case results on this website. You can see a list by county, citation number, and violation for tickets we have resolved in the last 12-24 months. Obviously, every county, driving record and case is different , but our end result with your speeding ticket is most important to us. We work hard to ensure the best possible result for our clients.

out_of_state_speeding_ticket Out of State Residents Because of the tourist nature of our state, we receive calls daily from motorists licensed out of state who received a speeding ticket in Florida and are interested in their options.   Many states will not honor the traffic school election available to motorists within 30 days of receiving the citation. Therefore, their only option to prevent the citation from transferring back to their home state is to try and fight the citation in court. Our firm represents motorists every day who are in that scenario. Because the Florida Traffic Court Rules allow an attorney to appear on behalf of the driver in traffic court, we can appear on your behalf and determine if the ticket can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Florida Speeding Ticket Points When someone receives a speeding ticket or any moving violation in Florida, there main concern seems to be points. The Florida legislature has determined that payment of a ticket without electing traffic school or using a court option will result in points on your license. Speeding tickets are either 4 points if the speed is greater than 15 miles per hour over the posted speed limit or 3 points if the speed is lower than 15 miles over the posted speed limit. The common question we get is what effect points have on insurance?
