Darren Finebloom

 

Darren Finebloom is a founding partner of Finebloom & Haenel P.A.,and was recently recognized as a rising star by Super Lawyers magazine and received the highest rating by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Finebloom has provided legal analysis on Tampa ESPN Radio with regards to traffic related matters, especially DUI and criminal traffic cases. Mr. Finebloom was called upon to provide legal analysis when Tiger Woods crashed his vehicle in Orange County and when superstar Tampa Bay wide receiver Mike Williams was arrested for DUI.

 

Since entering private practice almost 8 years ago Darren has handled several thousand traffic ticket cases. It is imperative that those persons who receive a citation for violating the traffic laws in the State of Florida seek legal representation. If the citizens of Florida knew the possible insurance ramifications of simply paying a ticket and getting points, they probably never would. In December 2010, Darren was asked to speak to the Florida County Court Judges at their annual training seminar. Darren spoke to these Judges about DUI and traffic issues along with case law updates.

 

After graduating with honors from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Darren accepted a job at the Office of the Public Defender in Sarasota County. During that time he gained valuable trial experience has tried over 70 jury trials. Although every case is different, Darren has won has won 64% of the cases that were tried in front of a jury. Mr. Finebloom is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Darren was voted the President of the Sarasota Chapter for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Darren is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Florida.
